Sin City

We were trekking down the Strip today. It’s not so crazy in a day but still impressive. We went for a nosey to some of the hotels and I fell in love with the Venetian. Inside it looks like Venice at dusk and it’s difficult to believe that it’s actually just after 2.00pm and you’re in the middle of sun blazed city.

We stopped at the Bellagio again to watch more fountain shows. I could easily stand there day and night and watch.

The sun must have gotten to us because we decided we’ll through the strip back to our hotel. Our dogs were barking again but we had to get ready to go out again as we had tickets to see Penn & Teller show at the Rio hotel. We splashed out and got first row seats. It was worth it. We got small participation in the show as John got picked on once and we had to confirm that bullets Penn & Teller were shooting into each other mouths were the same bullets people from the audience signed. The really cool part was after the show because we got their autographs and got some pictures taken with them. Penn is a giant and Teller can talk.

After the show we drove back through the Strip back to our hotel, went to the top of Stratosphere tower and stayed up late celebrating Cinco Di Mayo.
